A Super Bowl Supper

Now I know why they call Super Bowl Sunday the Thanksgiving of Junk Food!

More Cold Weather

Just when the sun was starting to sign and there were signs of life on the road, it started to snow. 

At least it was only supposed to be a dusting...or so the weatherman said. 

Instead, it snowed for several hours and left us with 3 inches of snow covered ice.  Fun.

So instead...we bake.  And then we take pictures of the cookies.

Hey, I've been meaning to play with my camera to figure out the settings. 

Is there a better subject than food?  It doesn't move.  It doesn't make funny faces at you.  It doesn't complain that it's taking too long.

No, it LOVES me.

It's Warming Up....Finally

It's a wopping 24 degrees today! It's Smoking Hot!

I'm sure there is some logical, scientific explanation for why my fence is smoking, but I just think it looks pretty darn cool.
